I think I've figured out this wks training too.
I'm going to push it to the max tonight take tomorrow off and be back on track for monday...
But this means, 3 routines + abs... Uh oh!

Each routine is about 58 min and the abs are about 13-16 mins... Does this qualify for a 1/2 mary or at least an Oly??? If so I think I've been working long and hard enough for it, last 6 months!!! Let's see what I'm made of.
Don't worry too much, I'll be watering myself down thoroughly, and taking in some munchies along the way...
Saling I should be up for a challenge, so whenever you're ready!  Or at least, whenever comet's ready. We need to schedule it so there's no fried fish involved!!! |
