For some folks that may be 2 different numbers. (From the instructions on the first page: Record the NUMBER of times you work out each week on the Spreadsheet. (Not minutes, just total number of days.)) Yeah. Okay. Anal is my middle name. Good point! It's the number of days. In other words, if you work out every day during the week, your training calendar will have 7 peach boxes. So you'd enter the number "7" for that week. |

This is Marma's reply: marmadaddy - 2009-02-28 1:51 PM We're going to hold off on adding new entries to 'Sports' to keep the default list more general and shorter. The new site will enable you to create custom sports. Cool! We'll be able to do stuff like "Roller Blade Vacuuming." |
