Heh. Hope the x-ray comes back OK! Hopefully, they'll just tell you to ice it and rest it a little. well....tinkerbeth is a little bit stubborn and thought it would just 'get better' i had and x-ray yesterday hopefully it's nothing too serious me too although, it's already almost 2 weeks.... :/ yahhhh, like - 2 years  pretty sure if it was my shoulder, i wouldn't have pursued it - but not being able to walk sorta sucks |

But I don't think hers have bloomed yet..... I have been watching the buds for a couple weeks. I have had an old school friend get in touch... turns out he is living in the outskirts of Sydney so my try and see him sometime.... anyway he asked me what I do besides swim/bike/run and I had to think REALLY hard about it... Ummm I *watch* cycling.. thats a separate hobby right? |

(That have to do with swimming and biking and running....) I suppose you could add to the list: - Shopping (for bikes) - Checking out guys (who are riding bikes) - Photography (of bikes) - Modeling (for posing during races) See! You're a very well-rounded person! |

Pretty please??????? My longest ride for the Century was 40 miles. (really) Take the ride in pieces. Look over the course and the planned rest areas. Refuel/pee/refill water bottles and get back out there as soon as possible. My friend wouldn't let me rest more that 5 minutes at any rest stop during the Century to keep me moving. Pace yourself carefully to finish. Making friends with your bike is better though, the lady parts will appreciate it. (ice them when you get home, it helps) |
