Subject: RE: Running Pumpkins - Halloween Run ChallengeGot in a swim lastnight, as follows: Warm up for 10 minutes with the setting on an easy flow at 50! Then set the speed at 65 and swim 6x45 seconds with 15" rest. Put setting on 55 and swim 6x1:40 with 20" RI Set on 50 and swim easy for 2 minutes to loosen from previous set. Put setting on 60 and do ladder of 2:00, 1:45, 1:30, 1:15, 1:00. with 15" RI after each. Setting 48 for 5-10 minutes easy swimming as cooldown.. It is kind of cool I just program the speed and duration and the pool changes speeds at the appropriate time. One thing with the swimspa, there is no slacking towards the end of your set. You swim the programmed speed or you end up at the back of the pool. Time to get that swim endurance back. Rainy, windy and cold out the past few days. More of the same for today. Will get a short run and weight training in this pm. |
