I was shocked at the obesity in Florida.  But when I tasted sweet tea, saw that everything was fried or country fried...  I understood way.

DON'T YOU TALK BADLY ABOUT SWEET TEA.  SWEET TEA IS THE ONLY THING LEFT ON THIS EARTH THAT IS PURE GOODNESS.

I'm not saying it's not good.  But it is SWEEEET.  SO much sugar.

Last time I tried Sweet Tea, I felt like I was mainlining maple syrup (again - don't judge me).

I liked it, a lot, but it was just too sweet for me to ever have more than one glass at a time.

Yep, delicious but even for sweet tooth like myself, almost too sweet for a "refreshing" drink.

I didn't realize there was so much sweet tea hatred in TAN. Unnerving really....

I'm confused.  You are the example of health and eating right, and you advocate drinking basically what is simple syrup?  (Equal parts sugar to water in the bar/cooking world).

Hi cord. Is there a perfect way to do it? I've just not been wowed by the ones I've tried.

go to chickfila, as long as you don't mind being perceived as a gay-hater.  theirs is pretty dang good.

if you want to brew it yourself, you have to make a simple syrup and brew the tea in that.

I love a sweet beverage. But I'm picky with tea. I make a spiced sun tea (put the jar in the sun to brew) and don't use sugar in it. Maybe it's sugary sweetness in tea that doesn't work for me. Ill try the CF tea and report back.

i sun-brew my tea when i make it, that is the ONLY way to do it!  if you are looking for a good tea taste, sweet tea is not really made for that.

it is, however, an amazing hangover helper.

i am the example of health and eating right?  that is not so true these days, i don't think.  you missed my baking list earlier.

like all unhealthy things, a glass or two of sweet tea every couple weeks is not going to hurt me.  it is delicious.  that is all.  i don't drink it that much.  i ALWAYS get it for a hangover though, and CFA being closed on sundays has been a problem many many times.
