Not sure what I did but thanks guys, it was a fun weekend of racing. Some crazy fast athletes out there which I enjoyed racing with! Really enjoyed the swim course, it was the first swim I could call challenging with the waves/current since most of my races have been in ponds/lakes. Kim, besides you trying to play Super Dave with an AUTO-MObeeeele and spiking your HR.... I hope your birthday weekend was good - filled with lots of cake!  EvD did it again! Laid down some blazin' fast times! That frickin' gator can swim, then he jumps on his plenty nice - high speed, low drag D6 and blasts off to nearly a 25 avg... and if that wasn't enough he runs sub 7 in some seriously hot humid temps! Let me just say... FAST GUYS SUCK! HA! Great job there fearless fast leader of the MG! I hope everyone else had an equally great weekend... Can everyone please do us BSLT'ers a huge favor... Pray, beg, bribe, or do something, so that we may enjoy a cool front in Lubbock, Texas in two weeks... otherwise the suck-O-meter is gonna be pegged! Running in these temps & humidity is just brutal! |

Seems my 'waddle' comment is getting some attention in the RR In case you guys don't check that again...My waddle comment is because the guys who beat me are incredible runners and made my pace feel like I was standing still as they were zooming by. The guy who won my AG averaged 5:42 which is just nuts! I was very happy with the race. Swim was fun, fastest bike split ever, run was as strong as I could produce for that day. |

When I first started to lose weight I was over 268lbs, got down to about 240 then started riding, then started tri training last May and may first sprint was in August. Before (2008) at over 268lbs and after (2010) at about 192lbs. Total lose of 76lbs. For some reason put wrong date on Pic????  |
