There is so much written about controlling women. Maybe it is because we expect men to be controlling. Perhaps this is one of the male behaviours it is best not to emulate.

Unfortunately, we have been taught that to get ahead one must compare, compete, and take advantage of others.

Comparison and competition are forms of external referencing that are only illusions of the mind. When did we come to believe that they are real?

Take some time to see how destructive comparison and competition are in your life.

I haven't had time to check last nights postings yet and am about to head to grab a coffee but I just wanted to share the fact that I got egged while running last night! Seriously! From a passing truck at about 1m away because I was about to cross the road, it hit me hard and didn't break until it hit the ground so I actually have a decent bruise from it. I was SO mad - idiots!

Anyway, hope everyone else had some good training sessions. Back in a little while to chat
