Good swim...right on target time. Wind was insane on the bike. Run went well. I did the best I could finding him with two kids. By the time we neared the top, temperatures were something like this:
The views from the top were beautiful
Then the next day I did my last long, long run which added up to a little over a hundred miles this week!!!! It's my first time hitting this number in a long time...maybe ever? I'm not sure.
I have no idea how my marathon is going to go in 3 weeks but I have a great base and I am going to move forward with it after the marathon, although doing more "fun" off road racing for a while. I just realized, too, that my dad gets to see me race. It will be the first time he has seen me so I am extra motivated |
