Ummmm, I had to search to find a picture of me not all sweaty/swollen/red-faced, etc. Kinda sad, huh? So here's one of our fam the Thanksgiving before last (I think -- it might be too big to u/l). We're kinda crazy. Then my daughter and me this past December. And just because I found this one funny... my kids "eating" flour one afternoon when we were baking cookies. My kids have crazy psycho energy and creativity. It's one reason I work out so much -- to keep up with them!! awww man, i was hoping for the pics of you on stage singing your heart out! these are still great though. eating flour???? wtf? I know... at least I got them to do it outside. (This isn't the first time.) Just you wait, Fatty. When your kids are young you think, "Oh, I wish you were a bit older and could [feed yourself, use the bathroom, read a book, fill in your own blank]." As they get older you think, "Man, I wish I could put you down for a nap or just throw you in a stroller, or just change a diaper (rather than cleaning an entire bathroom)..." Us parents, we never win. If you're good I'll post a rockstar photo. ![]() |

Expert ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Trina, It's a real deer. Her name is Salad. My in-laws live on the river and their neighbors saved this deer when it was a fawn and as it grew older it would just hang out along the river. Exh B and I were hanging out at the river all afternoon fishing and Salad followed us around just like a puppy. Got annoying by the end. She's since gone on to greener pastures. |

LOL! I think that was shortly after I cut my hair. You like? I was totally stressing about getting it cut. Didn't know what i was going to do with it for training..I hate, i mean HATE what the clorine does to it. Those support things work well for teaching kids to skate. Its saves your back big time. Don't need to bend over and support them. Played hockey for many, many years so it was important for them to learn to skate. 2 year will be next year. |

Extreme Veteran ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() bike porn, I finally figured out how to insert the image! the bike is great.. It feels pretty comfy and handles the CT hills like a champ.. Hopefully i'll be able to take it out for a real spin soon. only draw back on the bike I see right now is it's so aero that you can't put any of the cadence sensor on the crank or chain stay.. they keep on hitting each other and the design is so different that even an easy task like taking out the rear wheel is hard.. Also a pic of my son after the last winter storm. He throws a mean snowball. (Felt.JPG) (QinSnow.JPG) Attachments ---------------- Felt.JPG (69KB - 20 downloads) QinSnow.JPG (75KB - 20 downloads) |

Master ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Where's the who's racing this weekend post? I am. My first sprint tri of the year this weekend Firebird Sprint near Phoenix. I'm in Tucson now, arrived yesterday, spent a bit over an hour putting my bike back together last night (I had the bike shop pack it up they didn't use my packing material and it was a struggle to get the tape and cardboard off). Late this afternoon I'm going to a Zoot Party at Tri-sports here in Tucson. Tomorrow they have their tri-fest I will go for a few hours to the seminars. Who else is racing? |

Champion ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Instead of posting twice like Kyla, I will say....good luck, good luck to you! Report back with how you kicked butt! Speaking of kicked butts, I got a good swift one this morning on my first attempt at 15 minutes @ 98/100/102%. It was the first time I seriously could not move the cranks and had to abort with 5 mins to go on the final interval. YOWZA. I think two vacations 7 days apart was fun, but not so good for my power output...oh well. Nex time. |
