Sorry I wasn't around this a.m., Dee - took the Monkeys to swimming and then went for my long run. I was thinking about carrying my computer along so I could keep the Nibbs posted on how spectacular or craptastic my run was going, as the case may be, but it seemed a bit excessive. For the record, spectacular miles 1-7, craptastic miles 8-10. My HRM decided I was having a heart attack. 139 while walking, start running 190, slow down to a walk 139, start running again 190. Yeah. Good times. Have a great Saturday. I'm taking the Monkeys shopping this afternoon at Target (our favorite store) and then Sugar Daddy & I have a date night tonight. No surprise, we're going to a wine bar. |
