Just checking in...got a spin class and a 30 min run this morning on the mill...still having to use this blasted computer thingy at the library so this is probably it for the weekend..should be back in business by Tue...I hope.

Got my race done.  I have to wait for the true distance but I think I did 7.25 miles in 1 hour.  I'll post the race report and pix on my album soon.  Hope everyone is doing good!

Oh, so how do we post our distance on the spreadsheet when we race?

I think Lynne said races counted for dbl, so I would just enter 2x the distance - you may want to post the question in the challenge thread to be sure, and others probably have the same question
