Of course, we still do have another week in May left for people to sign up. But I'm thinking it may be a small challenge, since we're going into the summer months now (in this hemisphere, anyway). |

Royal(PITA) 14270 West Chester, Ohio | Subject: RE: Challenge Chat (aka Nibbs XVIII) - come join us :) Hi Nibbs...Internet connection by the grace of a neighbor who let us piggy back on his signal...My husband cut the cable yesterday when planting the roses. By the way , the roses look wonderful despite the glitch--he slpiced the cable but it gave us about half our usual tv channels and minimal connectivity on the net. I ran this morning and got a nice swim in this afternoon...tomorrow is another bike day but I have to help with cleaning the pool cove and pool first. Could be worse, he's cleaning gutters and could make me get on the ladder which scares the carp outa me cause I am terrified of heights. |

Oy. Ask Heather how my bike ride went.... Duh.... she's still asking me to relay and do her ride next week.... but ask Amy how my run went.... though, the dead dear (whose head I almost tripped over) clearly had a worse day of all of us Well, that's why we'd make a great relay team! I swim, you bike, I'll run. It makes sense to me. Although, if it's OWS, we might have to find a thrid person for our team... And yeah, I think we've had lots of better days than that poor deer. |

Oh, and Amy (if you see this) rest well my dear.... we ARE riding 21 miles tomorrow (she WILL become one with her bike by the end of the morning) Hubby has agreed to watching all the kids... Ohm....I will become one with my bike...ohm..... I'll do my best to go to bed before midnight. *edit to add: I actually kinda almost like the bike on flat roads. it's the hills that kill me. We had well over 100 people - my dad is guessing around 130 - at one point in time we had 90 people at the house. K had a great time.
