Good morning everyone! I still haven't figured out what to do today as well. It's rainy and windy here in Madison so I might skip the run (the one my doctor told me not to do anyway) and go swim with a BTer I found on the Wisconsin forum (with one arm of course). Happy training everyone!

It's a good thing you only need one arm to post pad!

So while I begrudge the shortened sleep, it was a good start to the day

Thanks to BTer DeannaS, I'll be getting to swim today. I was worried about my swim goal given I'm out of town for 9 days with no pool.

After the swim, I'll find an hour later for more elliptical miles for my run goal. Somehow I have to find time for that nuisance called work, too....

You're doing great -- your mental strength to keep training despite the injury is awesome.  I love knowing folk who have the fortitude to keep going!

I love challenges...I'm on race taper this week, but got to get in a 30/30 brick this morning.  30 minutes on the trainer (HR in mid Z2 - 130), 30 minutes on the treadmill (HR Z2 max - 155)...

ok, I'm back and reasonably caught up on the post padding.  Working on a table now.  It might be done today, but will definitely be done tomorrow.  Depends on how much work I need to do today.

Got in my first swim for the month! I did 856y (funny # due to conversion from meters - it's going to screw up my nice, even goal for the month!). Thanks to DeannaS for taking me swimming. BT is such a great group of people.

Thank you! Training through the injury has been a big boost. It confirmed what a different person I am today than even a year ago, when I would have given up and been on the couch feeling sorry for myself for the past month.

The challenge is a big help too! Good motivation

Dear post-padders,

I've been slacking on my workouts.  I apologize.  I will run and swim today.

I promise,

naners
