Morning Ghoulies.

I had my workout clothes ready, Ipod, HR monitor, shoes. The time set on the alarm to get up and run. I forgot to turn the "on" switch on, so I slept till the usual time.

It was a valiant effort.

Would you like me to call you when I get up in the morning?

I can't guarantee how pleasant I would be when I answered the phone.

Ok... I'll call, but as soon as you answer I'll hang up. K? Put your phone across the room, too, so you have to get out of bed to get to it. That should help!

Doesn't Ann get up around 4 in the morning?  I was awake at 4:45 this morning and could not go back to sleep.  No problem being out there for the 5:45 am meet up with the neighbors.  We only ran a little bit.  Need to get the group running more walking less.

That can be the down side of running in a group. Hopefully it gels for you.

Well good morning to you! Did you feel the earth rattle on its axis this morning? That was me.

The DH and I actually got ourselves up and I got a run in. I still have time for a shower before being at the desk at 7:00.

I am proud of myself,.... and a little scared.

However, I REALLY like to sleep.

Got the group this morning to run on two cul-de-sacs instead of the one they did yesterday.  I've decided that I'm going to let them know that I need to run two of the mornings, and will walk with them the other two mornings.  Will see if they will start running too.  They all originally said them would, so we shall see.

Pollen is so thick here in GA right now.  You can tast it.

Glad you got them to move. If they don't at least you have folks to walk with on two mornings!

The pollen is starting to be firece here, too. When it makes green puddles.

Good Morning!  It has been another whirlwind week.  I have not been disciplined about my workouts.  Undecided

Today it is errands before work.  Work all day and then to dinner and a meeting.  So I will aim to get back on the bandwagon tomorrow.

I have also been fighting computer problems all week.  Yuck!

Computer problems suck. So does not sleeping. And puddles of pollen. But, warm spring day and swim workouts and running do not suck. I managed two decent run workouts and two decent bike workouts this week. Yay! And, the hubby's gone and The Boy is having an asthma flare to boot. Usually thoe two things really trip me up, but not this week.

Tomorrow I work the morning shift, then hurry home to help The Girl get herself ready for prom. Eek. I think I will be up late tomorrow night waiting for her. Then Saturday I work the usual 10 hour day. It'll be Monday before I know it.

Morning Ghoulies

I am off to Charlotte after I get my trainer ride in this morning. We're going to help out my cousin and I am going to meet up with Marla (former Ghoulie mentee) to take a run if all works out well. She is there for a couple of weeks with her ill mom and daughters Bat Mitzifa.

It is a rainy rainy day here so we will see about running in the rain. I am kind of a princess that way.

Good morning Ghoulies.

Robin - safe journey to Charlotte.  Say Hi to my friends there, would ya?

Ann - Proms here in GA tend to start late March and April. By May they are all over because the kids are focusing on finals.

Amy - Hope your daugher is beautiful for prom tonight and has a great time.

Dee - get back on the bandwagon.  That is what I told myself about the diet this morning and then arrived at work and had some chocolate.  I will be good the rest of the day and tomorrow will avoid the chocolate at all costs.
