At least it works on a PC and a Mac - all bets are off on an ipad. Joe, thank you for the tip! It works! I never thought of this, because paragraph was already there as default (and I'm not an IT specialist by any stretch of imagination). This morning was kind of busy with the 45min bike ride to the running club and a 10k run that followed. And it's hot again. Took it easy for the most part, but got of whiff of the running "zen" a couple of times. Drove my kids 4 hours today roundtrip to see some really close friends. Came home and got on the drainer for 30' just because I needed to add a point and be accountable. I still need to get my 2013 calendar together. Have a big HIM at the end of June in Williamsburg, VA and plan on a fall marathon. Not sure how to fill the time in between, but I need to race more in 2013.

Expert ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Well after a full week of total rest, and three visits with a CMT, the ankle is only marginally better and pain is now radiating up the side of my leg. Next step is a visit with physio for possible PT. Have decided to pull the plug on any training this month and I'm scrapping the race I had planned in January. Will work on dealing with the stress of holidays and year end at the offices and getting myself ready for next year. Still not sure what caused the flare up and still don't really have a diagnosis. So frustrated! Good luck to all in this month's challenge! |

Tomorrow we fly out to Orlando for a week of vacation with the family and it will be interesting to see how it goes in terms of logistics with the 5 month old baby.
