Pro 4742 Sarasota FL | Subject: RE: Evondo's Group - CLOSED! If it's not painful and you think that you can race thru it without causing an injury I would wait on the ART until post race. Use the n.azi torture device... oh I mean the foam roller on it. You know that's your favorite toy. Just my two cents. KelliD - 2010-07-08 3:09 PM What say you MG.... my ITB and piriformis are tight/nagging me & it feels like someone is elbowing my in the butt, but it's not too bad & I'm not in pain. Should I go for ART tomorrow (pre-race) or wait & try to work it out on my own? |

I have ti limit milk products as well but I have a larger tolerance for those. I will eat goat cheese in small amounts from time to time. I can't do it for more then one or two days at a time though. Or rather I which you guys lived closer to here cause I am not fond of Texas. I'd love to be part of that swim meet. Just to watch the belly flop in the speedo of course. My corporate headquarters use to be in Plano, Texas and I went once for a course. I walked from one building to the next, which is side by side, and got SOAKED. I like heat, I hate humidity. Ok, so that was August. That's the best time to visit Texas right??? |
