We shall see how it goes.... Hope it is better..but take it easy! It did not agree with the run. I might be done running for awhile **Limping to the top toppage** Im no doctor, but I'd say it's worth a try. What say you Katie??? I got electrical stimulation on my knee to try to help it heal. Tasing must make it better. |

Expert 1246 West Grove, PA | Subject: RE: Gabbing Gobblers - November Challenge Good morning gang! I managed to get caught up on the thread during my 5-hour meeting yesterday... Good times! It sounds like we may need to hire a Gabbing Gobbler Physician to tend to our various ailments! I'm heading to the pool at lunch today. I stepped on the scale this morning and Halloween candy has officially kicked my @$$ (at least added a few pounds to it!). I need to re-focus and watch that nutrition! It's supposed to be mid-60's and sunny on Sunday so I may try and get out on the bike for an hour or two. |

I am in search of a new one since mine hurts my arse!! (it's the stock seat) I use the Terry Butterfly Tri Gel. So far, it's my favorite saddle of the 10 or so I've tried. I used it all of last season and I'm still liking it. |

I don't think I could still consider myself a manly man and use something called a butterfly saddle. Any male Gobblers (oh dear, that sounds downright wrong) have any saddle recommendations? |

I don't think I could still consider myself a manly man and use something called a butterfly saddle. Any male Gobblers (oh dear, that sounds downright wrong) have any saddle recommendations? I used the fizik arione tri 2 saddle all last season and liked it. There seems to be minimal cushioning with that saddle than others I've used, but it worked for me. It's all about personal preference. |

Expert 1246 West Grove, PA | Subject: RE: Gabbing Gobblers - November Challenge Just got back from the gym... Nice, easy 25 min swim (plus 45 min racquetball); so I accomplished my week 1 goals of 45 min each, swim/bike/run. A long bike ride or run this weekend should have me well ahead of pace. I think I'm going to need to get well ahead of goal, because I'm sure it's going to be difficult dragging my Turkey-enduced-coma-Halloween-enhanced azz to the gym the week of Thanksgiving. Yes, I'm bored too. I hope to be home enjoying a dirty martini by 5:00 sharp. My 6- and 9-year-old daughters have asked for a family game night. Let the Wii games begin! Anyone else doing something rrrreeeeallly exciting this weekend?!?!? Bill |

That's how I found mine and it was really helpful. They let me keep each one for a week or two before I bought them. Here are some other ones that I tried: Terry Falcon Terry Zero X Selle San Marco Aspide (used that for over a year) Terry Butterfly ("regular" one on my tri bike, gel on my road bike) |
