I was 500 yards into my warmup in the pool when the lifeguard came over saying I had to get out, it was not a Baby Ruth that was floating in the kids area of the pool. I guess I'll try again today. That's why I am very glad they separated the kids into a completely different pool at our Y! |

She was a bit hesitant to play, coming off of injury. She was just cleared (yesterday) to begin doing multiple daily workouts...I'll coerce her into participating, at least for her to use as personal motivation to get on track for IMTX. Thanks for the encouragement! |

We don't see snow that much unless we go back home and go to Tahoe. I LOVE the snow and enjoy seeing everyone's photos and hearing about trying to run in it! My hubby bought me a "present"...he is leaving on deployment and is scared I will get hurt on my bike with no one around here to ride with....he bought me the complete "Sufferfest" series and my heart rate is going up just watching a few previews.....my first try will be in the morning....I'm scared lol. Good job everyone on all the workouts!!!!! |
