I have a brand new, still in the package hydration pack. It is called the "amphipod, full tilt" Google it to see a picture. Is is basically a web belt that holds a body contoured water bottle on the small of your back. It can also hold a cell phone, mp3 player, keys etc. Free to whoever wants it.

I am new to triathlons and am really wanting the TI DVD. Also interested in any DVDs or books on improving your biking and swimming.

Luke

hello all,
I am relatively new to tri. My second tri was march 28th (Lone Star Tri, Galveson Texas). I ended up besting my time by 5 minutes from last year.
My sister who is about to graduate college and go into her masters programs is interested in getting into tri, but doesn't even own a bike and probably can't afford one. If anybody has a bike that they would be willing to let go of she would greatly appreciate it. Or it might make for a great graduation gift.

She is about 5'6" and is about 120 lbs.

I have a women's size large Team Javelin tri suit (one piece) from 2006.  This should fit a 31" waist, 38" chest (bra sizes 36b - 38a), and a 41" hip.  I used it for one season - about 3 tris.  It's in very good condition.  Would be happy to send it to someone who is going to use it.

Looks like this:

OK - this isn't much - but I figured someone might use it.

I bought two tubes of Nuun (hydration addition for water).  The one called Citrus Fruit is not to my liking.  It has a little taste of grapefruit, which I am not fond of.  I used 2 of the 12 tablets so there are 10 left in the tube.  First person that PM's me gets them.

They are sugar free and loaded with electrolytes.  No sweet taste at all for those of us that can't drink Gatorade et al because of the sugary taste.

This is a fantastic thread! I am glad to contribute a few items that I (hopefully) will never need again.

I have 2 Adidas bib shorts, size 52. I'd say that translates to about a 2XL. These shorts are pretty good quality and are in good shape. I put a lot of mountain bike miles on these, but they have a lot of life left in them. I ripped a small hole in one pair when my saddle started coming apart, but my trusty seamstress Mother darned them up quite nicely.

I also have 4 bike jerseys. Red, yellow, blue and sort of a burnt orange thing. The red jersey is a pretty cool 3 pocket Schwinn. The other 3 are Nashbar jerseys... nothing super high-quality, but they are in good shape and have rear pockets. Again, several mountain bike miles on these, but lots of life left in them. Oh yeah, these are all size 2XL.

I live really, really, really far away from the states (Kwajalein, Marshall Islands), so it may take 2-3 weeks for these to reach you. I should be able to get them out to you soon though. Once you get the stuff and feel inclined to send $$$ for shipping, feel free to Paypal it to me. If you don't, no worries at all!

Now, if anyone has a size L tri suit (preferably shorts/sleeveless) up for grabs, I would love to get that from you. Please PM me with any responses.

I hope these find a really good Clydesdale home. If there's any life left in them, please pass them along when you are finished.

-Alan

I have a Spinerval DVD that I got as a goody bag item at the local Tri-Expo.  It's #1.0 "Autumn Country Training Ride", 50 minutes long.  Unlike most of his DVDs, it's not a group indoor hammer session, rather it's a video of Coach Troy himself riding through the Maryland countryside.  Actually I have 2 copies of this DVD, so you have 2 chances to get one if interested!
