amd723 - 2011-10-06 7:21 AM I am on Sarasota beach for a seminar (poor me), so this morning i ran along the gulf for a post concussion 3 mile test run.  This afternoon i'll sneak out of the seminar a bit early and, assuming no post workout headache, will swim in the gulf! 

Jealous. Well, except for the post concussion headache. I hope you feel better.
