thanx for the link Milly.  I found one I am going to order and see how I like it.  It's one that alleviates pain from arthritis by applying pressure.  It's exactly what I've been looking for.

No problem Ellen.... I'm glad to help out-- I swear by my blue brace... I think it deserves a name now- it's become part of my training [quite the veteran], like a buddy. there's definite emotional attachment to it.... "Old Blue", "Linus"... hmmm, i'm a dork.

I'm in Colorado so I know about your heat waves. Except we're more schizo! It was 50 degrees on Monday and had a HUGE snow storm on Thursday. I'm supposed to run my first race tom. Saturday and I can't wait to see what the weather will be like. Ha.

We also went from near 50 to snow last week. We even ended up with a snow day on Friday--very schizo!
