Subject: RE: beginner HIM plan not for beginners?I used it to train for my first HIM and it worked really well for me. There are a couple of things to be clear about with it though. It is for "Beginners" but that doesn't mean "people with little to no experience in swimming, cycling and running". It means people new to racing this distance. As the Plan Details state, it's assumed that you are an experienced triathlete and have ideally done a few Olympic distance races in the past year. It's also assumed that you'll customize the plan somewhat to fit your stengths and weaknesses. |
