Expert  1164    New Port Richey |  Subject: RE: NEW YORK CITY here I Come!!!!!!!After finding out about my error, I suffered an emotional let down and went out to the production flour and jumped in a kettle of spaghetti sauce. Those of you who eat Newmans Own Traditional Sauce, might find out it taste a little weird. After they pulled me out I came back and signed up for the Marine Corp Marathon. HOO AH!!! My child hood best freind lives down that way hopefully I can get hold of him to catch up while I am there.

Told my wife I didn't get into NYC and her if she thot MCM w/b a good alternative. She did. I've read that the best thing to do is have an early year Marathon and late year IM if you're going to do both. At least a day of recovery for every mile of the race (rule of thumb). |
