I had a friend from mass who came to visit me in LA and wanted to know why everyone wasn't rollerblading to the supermarket and the movies, etc. I kept teasing her that folk really only do that in Venice by the beach on the boardwalk, not on busy la city streets. on her last visit though, we were on just an ordinary city street, and someone wizzed by on skates - she said "I told you so!" |

I am rabid, annoying, wife embarassing Georgia Bulldogs fan, I joke that I should wear my HRM to a big game (i.e Tennessee, Florida, Auburn) and see how high it goes and how long I stay in Z5c during the game. After the Tennessee game in 2002 I was so physically spent after the game that I had to sit down on the way out of the stadium going back to our tailgate area. |
