When were are called flatlanders, its not a colloquialism, its true! I'm serious about riding the course (hopefully) at least once this fall! |

Took me 3.5 hours to do one loop last time, with lots of walking the hills! I'm somewhat better conditioned, more aware of nutrition I need, and the clipless pedals really seem to be helping. |
