I love most of the recent movies that are comic book adaptations:

Batman, Batman Returns, (got real campy after that one...maybe even during that one.) Can't wait for Batman Begins tomorrow!

X-Men Series (waiting for the third "Dark Phoenix" installment)

Blade Series (Wesley Snipes kicks arse!)

Van Helsing

Spawn

Hellboy

There are others of this genre that I can't think of...

Oceans 11 and 12

Any John Cusack movie, even One Crazy Summer and ESPECIALLY Grosse Point Blank

Saving Private Ryan

The Patriot

Braveheart

The whole Star Wars Saga (or Hexlogy?...Double Trilogy?)

Patton

Kill Bill Vol. 1 and 2...it's like watching live-action anime.  Awesome!

Most Meg Ryan movies...I'll own up to it.

What Women Want

And, the best movie of all time, one that still makes me cry (I'll admit it): BLACKHAWK DOWN.  My wife won't let me watch that movie when she's around and she can tell when I've watched it while she's gone.

Pretty standard answers:

Apocalypse Now

The Godfather

Bull Durham

Caddy Shack

Platoon

etc...

This may be a bit of a hijack, but what about "guilty pleasure" movies? That is to say crappy movies that you are emabrassed to say you like, but everytime you see them on HB012 TBS etc... you watch some part of. I'll start:

Startship Troopers

I have no idea why I like this terrible movie, but I have seen parts of it at least 10 times.

That's funny. I was going to list Top Gun as one of my "guilty pleasure" movies.  So many "great" lines:

Your ego's writing checks that your body can't cash!
I would tell you, but...then I'd have to kill you.
I feel the need, the need for speed!
You can be my wingman anytime.
You never close your eyes anymore when I kiss your lips...

"The Defense Department regrets to inform you that your sons are dead...because they were stupid."

"That was some of the best flying I'd ever seen...right up to the point where you got killed.   You never EVER leave your wingman." (Drinking Buddy and I had that as a motto in college.)

Can't believe I left out the wingman quote.  I've used that one too. Another line:

"Communicating.  Keeping up foreign relations. I was, uh, you know, giving him the bird."

And this exchaneg is a beaut:

Slider: Goose, whose butt did you kiss to get in here anyway?
Goose:  The list is long, but distinguished.
Slider:  Yeah, well so is my Johnson.
