Ride number 3 is the books, a short recovery ride today 25 miles. That's 3 stages for 117 miles. I'll be hitting the hills and doing a long ride tomorrow morning.

I'm still around. I got a little behind because of wind and the holidays, but I will make it up with some double ride days. My boy is still wearing green. Kiss

I got another ride in this morning, man was it freakin hot out there. All hills today, 40 more miles so that's 4 stages for 157 miles.

Sorry for the silence. I've been on a mini vacation with no internet and where even the phone data connection is sketchy. I've done 6 stages for 405 miles. But that's the end of my super long rides, so I'll be moving along at a more sane pace from here to the end.

Did I say 16 stages for 400 miles? I definetly have some work to do.

Warren, way to put in the miles!

Is there an online spreadsheet or something where we are supposed to be updating our rides? Last year I think there was a google doc or something.

I got in a ride the AM, so I'm at 7 rides for 441 miles.

I did a "hill" stage this morning. My six year old and I went out on my hybrid and his tag along for an hour long 10.5 miles with 15-20 mph winds ride. It was tough going against the wind, and I must admit that as we went up hill against the wind, I begged asked him to peddle as hard as he could.

I'm heading to the gym after our family swim this afternoon to spend 60-90 minutes on the spin bike. We're under a heat advisory today, so I'm not going outside this afternoon. After that ride, I think I will be just one stage behind. Thank goodness for tour rest days.

Not sure what happened to the Google Doc ? Not much logging getting done without it ...
Oh Well, I had 2 FLATS (!) yesterday, so only about 25 miles.

Finally got a second ride in. Was derailed by a four day vacation, bad weather, and a very tragic death of my son's best friends dad. But I assure you guys I will meet 100%.

Love seeing all the miles everyone is putting in. You guys are so inspiring. Keep up the awesome work.

Go Team Bianco/Cannondale!

Shelly

Great riding everyone! I haven't been given the go ahead on the google doc yet, are other people using it to log their progress?

I got a rainy 20 miles in this morning, so I'm at 8 rides for 461 miles. I'll probably up my mileage goal since I got a little carried away last week.

I've updated as well. Thanks for posting the link. Hopefully everyone on our team will see this and update so we can get our team totals. Then we can go pick on the other teams because we are going to win right ;-).

Go Team!

Another stage down for me on the trainer last night and I got 34 miles in. I was supposed to do a long outdoor ride this morning but passed due to the weather. I will be doing that long ride indoors this morning on the trainer instead.

I got that ride in today on the trainer, another 80 miles done. I'm doing good with the miles but I think I may have a hard time with finishing all the stages, 7 down and 6 to go.

I've said it elsewhere, but 80 on the trainer is crazy, Tony!

I missed my long ride this weekend because my chain broke. It luckily right at the start, only 30 seconds on, so I didn't need a rescue. Oh well, maybe I needed a lower volume recovery bike week anyway.

The boat was being tossed around. Someone noted that there were whitecaps on the waves. Another guy said, “This is going to be challenging.” I began to wonder what he meant by 'challenging'.
