I just had to look up your phobia. If your gonna be afraid of something, that's a good one to be afraid of!

Boo hoo hoo!! Cry My too-good-to-be-true bike deal was a scam. I got an email back telling me that he was in Spain and the bike was in Vancouver and I needed to send him all my contact info so that he could have the bike shipped via MoneyBookers. Oh well. Should have known better.

Dang, hate that it didn't pan out. At least you didn't fall for the scam.

4th ride done today.  37miles while trying out some new cycling shorts.  I liked them so much I'm going to buy another pair.  Pearl Izumi Microsensor pro3d are such an upgrade over the ultrasensor version of their shorts.  I have done about 10k miles on the last two pairs of shorts which were both ultrasensor and comfortable (and still are) and I decided to get some new shorts as both pairs have holes from falls now.  I got one new pair of the ultrasensor 09 and one of the pro 3d shorts and I like the ultrasensor but all I can is wow to the pro 3d.

4 rides and 127 miles down 10 rides and 363 miles to go.

Congrats on the new shorts.  I've got a few pairs of Pearl Izumi shorts and the pro 3d are my favourite too.

Got in 2 commutes today so I'm up to 6 stages and 75 km.

Quiet group these days.  Rode another 12k into work this morning.  The weather has cleared up and the sun's coming out.  This weekend's looking nice to join a long group ride.  7 stages down this week!

Yikes, that French cyclist is eerily skeletal in that picture. That must be why I'm not very fast!

I had a sucky second stage today. I think I'm sick or overtrained or something because I just feel very weak and gross. Hopefully I will pull it together for Stage 3 tomorrow!
