I lived there from 00-06 and when we moved to Oklahoma (thank you US Military) I got to keep my job and work from home. 1-2 times a year I go back and work in the office. |

I'm on a roll. WOO HOO! This week is a recovery week, so the sessions are shorter and I intend to keep the roll going. |

Member 35 | Subject: RE: March Challenge - March Hare Madness I am doing my last indoor tri of a series on Sunday so I changed my training plan around and made this my recovery week. I should be further along than I am but my recovery week has become a taper. Biked 30 miles on Sunday, first nice day of the "spring", Swam 2700 on Monday then ran and biked today. I think I'll swim 1000tomorrow then lay off until Sunday's tri. Monday I'll be back on plan and it's starting to get ugly. Really like the challenge. Everyone keep it up! |
