A pound a week may not sem like much, but what if you do it for a year? I did it for 40 weeks last year, and even though I lost less than a pound a week average, I still lost 35 pounds. And I have heard, read, whatever that the weight that STAYS off is the weight that is lost correctly, i..e.,. 1-2 pounds per week. None of this lose 20 pounds a week Biggest Loser stuff, OK? If you don't think that what you are doing is enough (when it really is) it's a lot easier to just say screw it and end up with your head in the refrigerator.
