I am going to ride wednesday morning here in chandler next week(7-24), Thursday mornings are the only days i can't ride.

I am not sure if we are going to let people ride with us that have wicked cool new bikes. Totally kidding. Jot also has certain days he can and can't ride so we will see what we can come up with. I can usually ride any day if I have notice because DH and I trade days.

I'm out in San Diego this week, so won't be riding.

I'll let everyone know when I get back which days I am riding and we can
go from there.

What time does everyone have to be at work in the morning? Since I don't have to be at work until 9am (... at the earliest), I generally would prefer to wake up a little later. I managed a 6:30am ride around Ahwatukee last week and I don't know if I can muster much earlier than that.

Otherwise I'm up for riding! Not the fastest person, and a curmudgeon who doesn't have aerobars on the road bike.

i'm usually at work at 10am, so 6:30 would work for me too, but I'm (my timetable) flexible.

For me it's less about work and more about heat and family.

I try to help get my oldest up for school (0700) and if I've got to get 30-40 miles
in that 2-3 hours, so generally I try to be on the road by 0530. As the days get shorter
and cooler I'll start later.

I need to get 90 minutes in on Wedneday, and Thursday I have my crazy HR stuff.

We could meet at 0600 or so both days at Riggs and McQueen. On Thursday I have
some warm up, and then I'll just go and do what I can and we'll meet up again when
I'm on my way back.

For Th I'm going to go out SR87. For Wednesday we could do Sacaton or Riggs.

(I also need to get in either the spin class at Tribe or 30 miles on Friday. I'm leaning towards
spin right now because it's only an hour. )

Same place. NW corner.

For Th we may go to the SW corner so we don't have to wait at that light.

I'm riding again tomorrow. 0600. We can meet at the SW corner of Riggs & McQueen (Fry's parking lot).

Lisa and Kerri both said they're out for tomorrow, but it doesn't change that I have to ride. Anyone is welcome.

The only problem with this ride is I have a ~20 minute warm up where I can be sociable, but then I have to ride intervals at a specific HR, so can't be sociable. I'll do them as an out and back on 87, so we could definitely do it so we meet up again at the end.

Just let me know.

As for evening rides. Yes, too hot for long rides. I'm very heat tolerant, but my coach says I can't get quality workouts in with that much heat, so I have to go in the mornings.

Also, we have decided to publish the 5 minute rule. We'll wait up to 5 minutes, then we're off with a burst of slow!

0600 (I'll wait until 0605) at the _S_W corner of Riggs and McQueen. About 90 minutes total. Join if you would like.

I'll be doing McQueen -> Hunt -> SR 87 and back.

I try to get home by about 0700 to beat...er...I mean..get my oldest out of bed.

I'll let you know and we can go from there. I should know tomorrow afternoon.
