I need clarification please. For this challenge, if you have your 1 day off a week on a Monday, but have like 7-9 workouts a week including Saturday and Sunday, and obviously double up on some days then you only get credit for 4 workouts a week and a bonus day two times a month for weekend workouts, so you end up with 18 points if you work out 6 days a week and have 45 workouts of longer than 30 minutes? I would not be able to enter if it is a M-F only thing for this challenge, but would enter if it just a 5 days a week thing. Since most of us do the a large portion of our workouts on the weekend (darn that 75 mile bike ride doesn't count).

All I am looking for is 5 workouts in a time period with a possible bonus.  As long as you get the workouts prior to the cutoffs then it counts.  I do not require that it is on certain days of the week or time of the day.

The cut offs for the 4 time periods are the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 30th.  PT any time a day any dat of the week.  Does that answer your question???

I'm in too.  Love a challenge for motivation - not that I really need it usually cause I'm obsessive compulsive about my exercise .

I TOTALLY need a challenge. I blew out my knee on October 1 and am awaiting reconstruction surgery on the 28th.  I need to do something, anything ANYTHING to keep me active and as fit as I can be and not looking for an anti-depressant prescription, particularly since I was to run the NYC Marathon on 11/2 and because I live in the mountains with house full of skiers and it's gonna snow here any day now-- and my doc said no skiing till NEXT winter.

Does this start in November? I've been doing upper body and core the best I can and got back in the pool last night ever so gingerly with a pull buoy and no pushing off the wall.

30 minutes in one day.  If you really want to do 30 different 1 minute workouts then hey it counts.

To answer your questions, yes on the run/bike 30-60 minuted in a day is a point.  Second question, unless you tell me otherwise you are all signed up.
