Well i need to get to the pool more than once a week, so i will say i need to get in 10 swim sessions for the month of December, that is 2 a week!!! Yay-another challenge...another opportunity to embarrass myself on a team thread...and most importantly, to boost my post count. I am way behind on my new year's post count goal. My goal for the limiter challenge is to get in four runs a week. My goal for pick a challenge is to get a workout in every weekday morning. I actually started this last week and have been doing well. Especially considering it is typically between 34 and 44 degrees for my morning run. An added bonus...Because I am running at school before my 7am class I haven't been late in the last few weeks.
