I'm new here. And apparently a little slow. I wanted to sign up for the weight loss challenge (7 pounds), strength training (8 sessions) and running (125 miles), but I couldn't figure out how to enter info onto that spreadsheet. Can I sign up just by this message here or will someone tell me how to enter into onto the spreadsheet? Or something? Thanks much. Leah

Basically, each month, whoever organizes the challenge gets to pick the "rules" for it.
For December, there are several challenges going on. As Judi (QueenZip ) mentioned, you could participate in Max's biking/weightloss challenge, and in Slugger's "Limiter" challenge (for your weaker event ), in this challenge for another activity, and in the Peach challenge for just doing workouts in general.
To sign up, you can either sign up on the speadsheets, or you can just reply to the appropriate thread, and state your goal for that challenge.
For this challenge, I've added you to Team #1. I figured you'd do your strength training for it, but feel free to change it to something else, if you want.
