I managed a 3.12 mile run.  Either the cold I am fighting is beating me up or I am more out of shape than I thought.  I am hoping that it was just the cold hendering my run.

If you're anything like most of us, I'm sure you've had a bit of offseason. Plus having a cold makes is so hard. I had my fourth of the season recently so I can relate. Your run looked really good regardless!

Hi everyone. I'm Amy, aka Givemashot (a throwback to my days as a nurse in a hospital, giving lots of shots...and also alluding to giving the whole tri-thing a shot ). I started tri-ing in 2008, but only managed one sprint tri due to illness, and family life. I am registered for my first half marathon on April 18, and I am looking at doing 3-4 sprint tris this summer. I haven't done a challenge for a few months, and I have really missed it. I am so excited to be on this team!

Good Morning Team Lincoln,

Spreadsheets are FINALLY up!! Sign-in, as usual, is email:[email protected], password:challengeforum. There are a few blank spaces on some of the spreadsheets because SOME PEOPLE haven't posted their goals yet....

As PUNISHMENT for failing to complete your goals this month, the loosing teams must change their avatar to a goofy cupid image for the month of March, and add the statement "My team LOST the February Challenge" to their signature.

Okay, now log off of BT already and GET OUT THERE AND TRAIN!!!

I've created a team chart but I'm not completely happy with it. Anyway, if you want to use it I'm attaching it as a file as well as pasting it in here:

Thanks Nicole! I know how much time it takes to make these! Your member ID is wrong though, when I click on yours some other blog comes up and I know it is not yours, because this one is empty, I did notice the member ID number is different , I let you fix because I tend to screw them up...  I think the rest is good.

I managed to get a typo in my own id number! Here's the fixed code (and as an attachment). Please note that there may be an issue with my web hosting right now such that the background picture may not show up. Hopefully that will resolve shortly.

I had a nice swim this morning. 2200m of shorter distance sets. Tried to push it all hard. Heading over to the spreadsheet now to log my workouts from the last three days.

Morning Lincolners. My plan today was to swim and bike, but my back is wrecked from the personal trainer workout I did yesterday so I'm going to modify and bike, short run (legs are still tight from yesterday) and some core work. Can't wait to get in and update the spreadsheet to see some progress! I feel lost if I don't have a spreadsheet these days

Change of plans. I did an hour on the bike and will be skipping the run for now. My legs feel like hamburger so I am going to the gym to foam roll, stretch and do some core work. And of course chill in the steam room after

Hey team, I made up the half hour of biking I skipped earlier in the week so I'm back on track. I'm planning a short run this afternoon as well!

I got my coaching schedule for the month but it's very confusing so I was able to input a total swim goal finally, but will need the coach's help to translate the bike and run goals. I'll update the spreadsheet as soon as I can!
