YEA.  YEA.  YEA MAV.  we get to be together again!  YOU SUPER HERO YOU.  way to go on on reaching (exceeding) your goals for the May challenge....

as for your rave review of your Cannondale, most certainly helps.

all three of these bikes are relatively comparable, which makes it easy/hard all at the same time.

a good friend of mine rides a Cannondale as well and loves his too.

get workin' on those goals of yours.  YOUR GONNA BE STELLAR ONCE AGAIN.

Good morning teammates!!!

I know most of you from other challenges but for those I don't, I am Jen (or Jennifer) I live in southern Mississippi and am a Univ. Professor and artist teaching sculpture and pottery (woodworking, welding casting, all that fun stuff!). I am new to the sport and have done a Du and a bi all with running and biking as the sports. I am originally a runner, so that is what I feel most comfortable with. I have my first tri, a mini sprint in 3 weeks. I am very excited about it.

Hey teamies,

I had a great day in the pool today, first time ever I linked 1000 yds all freestyle, without stopping! I am still amazed, last week I was lucky if I could do 100!

My total swim for the day was 2000 yds.

Mornin'!

I got 70 minutes on the trainer this morning.  I was hoping to finally get my bike outside, but after 85 degrees last weekend we are back to cold rain.  Good start toward my bike goals, anyway.

I ran 4 miles this morning ...dropped my daughter off for a nail appointment (prom night) and ran near the salon.  Came home ...housework and lunch...headed in to  the pool...

Swim 1 done.

Lots of errands for suer!  Prom day takes as much coordination as a wedding!

Good Morning Teammates!!

I had an unplanned rest day yesterday. Usually I feel bad about them but not this time.

I am just about to head out for a run.
