Giro dominance!!! CHR15 you're the nearset. Go kick him for me please, hard!

Take some solace in the fact that EBH is not on Columbia's Tour team

Sorry I'm late with my picks - I was in the ER last night and didn't get home until 3.  I'm ok and I'll be putting the longer version in my log.

Anyway...my riders for today:

1) Wiggins
2) Lance
3) Contador

I think it's going to be really interesting.  I expect Garmin, Astana, Columbia, and Saxo to do well today.

Nope.  I have been at work for an hour already.  Have a couple of important things going on this morning.  I will probably leave by 3 though.  Have to set some things up, put them in the machine and then I can go home.

gerald12 - 2009-07-06 4:38 PM I will go with:

1. Astana
2. Saxo
3. Garmin

IMO, Garmin and Columbia are going to be close and it could go either way for 3rd. Cancellara is going to be riding his tail off to keep that yellow jersey for another day so I would hate to be on his team cause those guys are going to suffer. And if Astana beats Saxo by more than :40 it is going to be pretty interesting with Armstrong in Yellow but then again the stage may be to short for that to happen, only 39km.

Almost had it spot on.

Some of us haven't had the chance to watch it yet.  Saying you were "almost spot on" gives away some info on the stage.  Hence, should go in the spoilers thread for the stage.

Maybe I'm being overly sensitive, but I'd really rather not know anything when I watch later today.

Hey - its no biggie but to make sure that people who dont want to know the results of the stage before they get home to watch it we have two threads... one with discussion/spoilers about the results and another for predictions...

So you can come make predictions at any time without finding out the results if you havent watched...

Unfortunatley not everyone has the oportunity to watch live so this way everyone gets the chance to watch when they can and comment appropriately!
