I donned my running gear (shorts and short sleeves!) and headed out. Yeah, I made in one minute and turned around. I did the injury walk of shame home. It's official. I can't run. And I LOVE to run. I even tried changing my shoes and trying again. Nope. I guess it is time to make a doctor appointment. Sorry Erica! Get it looked at quickly. You need to be back on the road to recovery!! |

As soon as I can get in there, I'll log my goals. My training plan starts on Monday and requires: swim 7 hrs, bike 12 hrs & run 9 hrs. To make it four, I'll add ST 6 hrs. Expert 1580 Ankeny, Iowa | Subject: RE: Team B - April Challenge This month I am going to do the same as last - core, bike and run. I am doing just 2 races this year. A 1/4 marathon in August and a 1/2 in November so I am trying to slowly up the run mileage. I have had the knees under the knife some years back and I would like to keep them out of that room for a LONG time.  |

We're on opposing teams because I did the "scientific" method of determining teams this month: odd lines versus even lines on the spreadsheet. (With the exception of a few chatty people who requested to be together.) |
