My bike is currently residing here though. I will be packing up and riding my bike the 10+ miles home after breakfast. well it would have been a nice 13 mile ride if I had been able to use my bike.I overlooked one thing in this plan...the keys to the bike lock were in my car on the other side of town. It is hard to ride a bike that is locked to a rack. Bugger. I borrowed my mom's car for the day and now have the keys to the bike lock. I won't be back to my parents/bike until late tonight. Lots of things to do, errands to run all on the other side of town and the other side of Lake Washington. I will be in the same situation later though...so I plan to do the ride tomorrow morning (or maybe tonight). |

Um yeah MELons ... you're not spozed to make plans like mine ... or Andy's ... heh. Had plans to ride tonight. Hey, it's not lightning TOO bad. oh whoops ... forgot about that usual accompanying torrential-tropical-rain bit. Okay, so I'll ride to the bar where I'm watching soccer at 2:30 a.m. Do I really want to be biking home around a bunch of drunk people? Durrrr ... not good planning. Sigh, so I'm home now, it's 5:30a.m., and I think I'll just wait for dawn and ride then. |
