Subject: RE: Team NO MORE LOVE HANDLES ThreadYou can add them under "strength" training, too - there's drop-down menus for abs, back, biceps, chest, core, etc. Then the next drop down menu (for core, anyway ), includes pretty much any core exercise you could think of. (and probably a few you've never heard of, too! ) It's a nice way to keep track of reps, especially. And if you tend to do the same exercises each night, there's an option to "save to template". So once you've entered your workout, click on that button and you'll only have to enter the whole group as one. So it takes a little time for the first entry, but after that, it's a breeze! |
