My plan also, I want to do a LSD ride in the afternoon and start prepping for my base training. Base training for me will start  in November so I will need to do two a days. My plan is to get some podiums next year and move up to Cat 4, my team and I are sreious about next year, nothing like Insanity to get the ball rollin!I blew off swimming this year but if I stay in good shape I might compete again and go for all american masters for 2011.

Today went well, I pushed harder like you said. I can feel my upper body working more as my legs are getting stronger, my arms are shaking right now!

Insanity Pure Cardio + Cardio Abs.    Definitely starting to feel better, I think I've burned off all the junk food from two weeks ago!  I was a pile of sweat and shakes when I finished today! Love it!  And guess what...I might get to do it all over again this afternoon with my cross country runners.  I told them if it's raining hard again today we would do an Insanity workout in my classroom...I'm praying for no rain!!!

Do like Sean T. does, check everyones form! But I'm thinking it might be better if it doesn't rain because they might hate you after an insanity workout. Have them do the the one you did, the bananas workout!

Morning!   Insanity Cardio Plyometrics done for the day!  At then end when we do the jabs, etc. I was sweating so much that when I was doing the uppercuts sweat was literally flying off my hands up into my eyes.  I pushed pretty hard this morning!

Ugh...have to add a second Insanity workout to my day! We had a cold, windy, rainy day so my runners voted for Insanity. We cleared the desks out of my classroom & did Pure Cardio + Cardio Abs. The kids were dyin'! I'm going to be tired for tomorrow's workout...oh wait, it's recovery...yay!

You are hard core, I can barely make one workout! I had recovery last night, tonight I'm doing Cardio Circuit. Im a little sore from Tuesdays workout, I guess I should expect that since I keep pushing harder. I do like how Sean T. keeps it fun and motivational and not dorky like Tony from P90x.

LOL...I think the same thing!  Tony is a total dork.  I would have to turn down the volume at times because his one liners bothered me.  I hated how he always said, 'Ok boys and girls'.

My kids were cracking up at the black girl who, during mountain climbers says, "I wanna leave" and it takes Sean T. a minute to realize what she says and then has her go sit out.

I have to say allot of these moves I have never seen before, switch jacks,mummy kicks,push up jacks,it seems like the list is endless, but man they work! No equipment, thats the beauty!

Good work!  I'll be pulling double duty.  On a whim (which is my usual style) I think I've pretty much decided to run the Rock-N-Roll 1/2 Marathon in Las Vegas on Dec. 5.  I'm NOT giving up Insanity though.  I have time in the AM to do both...or a two-a-day.  Might as well live up to being called a machine!  Laughing

I agree, there really is not other workout like Insanity!

This morning I opted to sleep in.  I have the day off because we have a cross country meet today and I have to drive my team four hours one way and I also happen to have narcolepsy.  In the grand scheme of things I decided it would be better for me to be well rested before I drive other people's children across Nevada!  I'll double up on my meds too.  I figure I'll still be so wired by the time we get home tonight I'll need to do Insanity to burn off the edge from the meds!  Have a great Friday!
