Here's hoping that my foot co-operates. The strange thing is that I rarely feel it at all anymore, except when I wake up in the morning because I unconsciously do a really intense leg/foot straightening stretch for some reason. Doing this sometimes hyper extends my knees slightly (ouch!) and it's been activating the previously injured site on my foot. The 10km will push my run completion to almost 100%. Is it in the heel? Like PF? The day that it happened I had generally very sore feet. The next morning when I woke up a had a sharp and very specifically located pain behind and below the right ankle on my left foot. That sharp pain is long gone but I have a lingering general pain on the bottom of my foot directly below that area. (See picture.) I think that it's possibly inflamation of tibialis posterior or flexor digitorum longus tendon. Any other thoughts? Got to 4 and the rain started coming down. Ok I will have to suck it up since it might be raining on race day - however, then the thunder started so I came inside. 4.07 down outside in just under 47 minutes - slower than last week but with the flu this week I will take it. Now 4.93 on the TM. ![]() |

Asking again if the person is going to finish the challenge month or not. In case of injury we could adjust a goal by a percentage from the time of injury if they still wants to be on the team. I think it's pretty normal to have a good 25% of people who sign up for a challenge not finish it through any more......Life happens, but courtesy to say as much would go a long way. |

Me and Judi know stuff? Ask Bill (or Nekidd, that's ironannekidd) for sure he'll get back to you. Generally this is how it'd go: - Redsoxchick: her run goal gets scaled back to when she wasn't able to run. (Ex: October has 31, or for math, 30 days. If she wasn't able to run starting the 20th, then her run goal gets recalculated to 2/3 of what it was ... so if it was 12, then it's 8. And however many of those 8 she was able to do is what gets filed under "accomplished." make sense?) - Msmogreen--pretty much if a blank, not logging, not over 25%, not responding, usually gets dropped. |

Go to a medical supply place and get ted hose, they're half the price as the ones you get at tri shops and do the same job. |
