Pretty good week for me considering stress at work and few workouts.  I need to keep up on the hydration though..more water throughout the day.

I can handle it, I haven't done anything bad so at least I know it's not fat.

I hope this week isn't an indication of what is to come. I started training yesterday, so I hope the weight will come off instead of on from here on out.

Sorry for not reporting - I just got back from Whistler. I was there on business with some fun mixed in. I'll weigh in on Monday. I fully expect a gain as I sat in meeting rooms or restaurants for most of the week - should make my loss more dramatic though. Nice week challengers!

I hope his is coect, if not just let me know.  This is our second week and we are all a little lighter than we were when we started.  No matter how big or small the loss, we are now in control of our weight instead of our weight controlling us.  Keep up the good fight.  We are winning.  I suggest we fill in the nutrition section on our daily schedule , so we can keep track of what we are eating. Hope everyone has a great week

Week #3 results.

No change for me, I'm still 152 like last week.  I was hoping to get out of the 150's.  Definetely dissapointed, but looking back on the week, I wasn't an angel when it came to dieting.

Hope everyone else did better.

Week 4 weight in.

I'm sorry to report that my current weight is 151, down 1lb lousy pound from last week.  I felt like I suffered and exercised enogh, that I should of lost more. Definetely discouraging this week.

I will do a review after everyone else checks in.

Not a great weekend, lucky to have only broken even. Fell off the wagon, had too many chips and salsa while waiting for my salad at Chili's Saturday, yesterday had BBQ ribs. Today, it's back to the program.

Sorry, I have been lagging. My weight is still maintaining at around 197-200. I am hoping the increased workouts will help, but so far no luck
