Although I do have to say, if I knew the lottery numbers, I probably would not want to share them---I would hook you up with a bit of the cash though, cause I am somewhat thoughtful. Ah, if only.... |

Currently on my 'taper day' ready for my epic in the morning. Steak and salad for tea and NO beer, well perhaps just one. Have fun and remember that we want pictures! (So... in the website training that I am doing next week, I get to talk about Best Practices like No Text Decoration and Limiting Your use of Capitalization. Ironic.) What a wild work life you lead. Was that best practice?? |

(mental health nurse, dementia specialist). All not well. Scrapped the idea of renting a monkey suit for the run tommorrow as i have no idea how our finances are going to pan out now that our income is cut in half. Life could get interesting. Will still be taking pics for you guys, not that i have ever loaded one successfully! Anyone know tonights lottery numbers? Yikes, that's quite an announcement! I imagine her skills are in demand, so hopefully she'll find something soon (assuming that is what she wants). I do know the lottery numbers, i'll post more tomorrow. |

Drive by posting I've been keeping up with the manatees even if I'm a little on the quiet side lately. Took all of last week off because I couldn't get motivated and was just not there mentally and had a bunch of aches and pains that wanted to see if going light would fix. Feeling much better and spent the weekend at the beach looking forward to next week. Have a good one manatees!ukweeble - 2012-07-01 7:52 AM Back from my epic Mansfield Fun Run. Master 7712 Orlando | Subject: RE: Yanti & Salty Mad Manatees PART 3: FULL POD Here (hopefully) is a picture from my bike ride this morning. The ride includes a long section on a MUP which follows the Econolatchee River. The name is an Indian name which means "dark water filled with alligators". At least that should be the translation. |

Member 892 England | Subject: RE: Yanti & Salty Mad Manatees PART 3: FULL POD rrrunner - 2012-07-01 2:17 AM Allen, prayers are with you and Mrs. Froggy/monkey. It's stressful when the finances change unexpectedly. Well I had a great ride today. Did the 2x8 miles hard like I was supposed to. The first one went a little long though because just as I was nearing the time to ease up I got passed by an M-dot tattoo on a rather muscular calf. Well I couldn't let him see me ease up now could I? We were approaching my turn around point and I assumed correctly that it was his as well. So I kept pushing until he passed me going the other way, then I eased up. I guess you could call that pace booty huh? Then I discovered the glory of CHOCOLTE WAFFLES!!!! My fave was the honey ones but when I tasted the chocolate I think I heard angels sing... Good job my wife doesn't read this!!! Are the waffles plain and you added the choc or do they come pre chocolate impregnated? and what song were they singing? |

Master 4452 | Subject: RE: Yanti & Salty Mad Manatees PART 3: FULL POD Been wondering why it's been so quiet--haven't received any emails that thread has any new posts. Then it occurred to me that I didn't toggle the email notification since we went to part trois. Duh. Allen, congrats on the run, can't wait to read the RR. I did absolutely nothing yesterday. Sat on the couch all day watching sports. Only got up to take my mom out for dinner (which was a Christmas prezzy. Sigh). Looks like it is clearing up today so will get out for a bike this afternoon to get started on my TdF challenge goals! |

Master 6595 Rio Rancho, NM | Subject: RE: Yanti & Salty Mad Manatees PART 3: FULL POD Allen, I only refer to mrs froggy in the fondest of terms. As for the waffle they are actually a packaged nutrition bar made by Honey Stinger. They look like a mini round waffle and come in strawberry, vanilla, honey and CHOCOlATE! Yum. There was a thread on here recently about eating them on the bike. |

Member 892 England | Subject: RE: Yanti & Salty Mad Manatees PART 3: FULL POD If you're lucky, this may take you to nirvana, but you'll probably end up on my RR instead. http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=448680 Did try to do pictures like yanti's, but failed miserably. They seem to be stuck at the end and i could only load 5. Still, they are the first i've ever managed so musn't grumble. |
