Having a hard time deciding on Dinner.

1) make Bacon and an Omelette

2) cheese tortellini

3) leftover pizza

Any thoughts?

Leftover pizza.

I'm going with a frozen pizza, again.

Of your choices, the tortellini and omelette sound good to me.  One of my faves with tortellini is a a gorgonzola cream sauce with sundried tomatoes & spinach.

I think I'm gonna go with the Tortellini. That way, I can save the za for lunch on Monday.

I have to drop off a check get construction on my house started tomorrow. It's gonna be one heckuva house. They may have messed up on the pricing for an extra room, so we'll get a room we don't need now...

Doesn't choice 1 involve bacon? What's the question again?

My butt smells like a Tiger Balm factory!!!!

Good Luck Yanti Doll!!!!

. You're really gonna need to explain that one Kate... 1) how do you know what your butt smells like? 2) why?

I think the second question is the more relevant of the two... why would you put heat rub in sensetive areas, and what did you do that you needed muscle relief???

I'm a bit freaked out...

My first powerlifting competition was today. My total score was 282.5 kg or 622 lbs.. It wasn't as good as I would have liked but I'm OK with how things went and I learned a lot. I did tweak my lower back on the last deadlift though and down my sciatic nerve has been giving me some trouble so I put some stuff on it.

Great Job Kate!

I saw a bunch of single crew boats out on Town Lake during my run and I thought about you and your lifts today.

I hope the pain subsides soon..

Thanks guys!! I ended up about where I thought I might, 3rd or 4th overall and first in my weight class but I was the only one in it so all I had to do was put up some numbers in each of the lifts.

Wifey pizzed me off today.  She went into the office to do work for "a couple of hours".  Yeah - a couple of a couple of hours (a little over 4 hours).  I couldn't run because of the wet snow falling and making the roads a mess.  Not a happy camper today - I'm in a pizzy mood and waiting for the Packers game so I can lighten up and drink a beer.

Running when the snow first starts falling is the BEST!!! The temps are great, that serene setting, the absolute quiet: just a perfect hour. Then or a super hot summer day and an afternoon downpour are the most memorable runs I have.

Blech to both...

Best runs are cold mornings with the sun just breaking the horizon. You try to run after a tstorm in the south, you get eaten by bugs. You try to run just at the start of snow and you'll be slipping and sliding as you get into the run. Unless you're running on a trail in the woods, and then the snow running is cool.
