Welcome aboard to the newbies since I last posted (which was April 1st, now that I think about it ). I have two training goals, one in swim and then bike and two nutritional goals, one to cut out sweets after my dinner and the other is to fast for two 24 hour periods for cleansing. You see, I love to bake like my mom and since I was a wee child I've always had something sweet after every dinner. I want to start getting out of that kind of thinking. It's VERY hard (you should see the amazing cupcakes my daughter made the other day ).
