I was watching one of my shows I had saved on my DVR and when it was over, the TV switched back the normal TV and low and behold, on the show was one of my wife's best friends. I was like whoa! That's so and so! Then she sits down with the other female on the couch and chat, then the kissing starts, then the clothes fall off, then the romping starts... I guess it doesn't surprise me, because she is the one that keeps asking me permission to engage the wfie... But I was not aware she did that for public consumption... INTERESTING. |

I think I know the answer. Exercise and diet, burn 500-1000 more than you take in a day so 1-2 lbs a week. The pills and the gadgets and the crazy diets don't work... But I'm always looking for SOMETHING.
I hit the point yesterday when walking around LA and seeing all the fit people. I put on 20lbs since IMAZ and need to get that off, plus 20 more. |

When I tell them I have lost any weight and I might have gained a few pounds they are really surprised. if you look good why does weight matter? i don't weigh myself but i do check my waist circumference and if there is space between my thighs as measures of progress. i look better at 150 than 135, i know that for a fact. |

But this isn't tri talk so I'll say "Eating a pound of bacon a week makes your body process fat into energy and then you burn fat faster..." |

Thinking I would eat a few that night, then ration like 1 a day till they were gone. Wanna guess what happened? Ate them in one sitting... I bought a pack of Kashi brownies. They're just good enough to satisfy the chocolate craving, but just not good enough to keep you from eating a whole box. The cookies on the other hand are wicked good. I managed to hold back and only eat 2. |
