Whats the longest dreadmill run you have done? (Page 2)

~6 miles. It's been a long time since I did that so I don't remember the exact distance. I have a real hard time running on a treadmill. I try to limit my treadmill time to 30m or so. Around here that means I spend a lot of time running in the dark/rain/cold, but I deal with weather much better than I deal with running indoors.

I don't know why but I am the opposite with a trainer. I have done multiple 4-5hr rides on a trainer no problem.

Just did a 2.5 Hr one this weekend ... about 16 miles. I had 3 water bottles, 2 GUs, and a granola bar strategically placed around the treadmill. Big thumbs up for Netflix streaming! Plowed through a huge chunk of "24".

I think my longest is 10 miles.

I run on the treadmill all the time, as it seems to aggravate my plantar fascitis issues a little less than running outside. I am looking forward to some outdoor runs later this month, though, when the weather improves.

Did 10 miles last Sunday.

30km / 2:45hr - my dreadmill has a built in TV and I was watching a Game of Thrones marathon.

I did a 20 miler in preparation for my first marathon. It iced over the day before my last LR and I had no choice. That was one of the longest days of my life.

18 miles and then I developed plantar faciitis. Not doing that ever again.

22 miles in 2008. It was just under 3:40. Was training for my first marathon and got sent to India for work. I didn't want to miss my workouts and wasn't running outside where I was. It wasn't safe.

I didn't have my normal nutrition so I gathered everything I could from the hotel. Various candies, bars, etc. The exercise room staff would bring water to me at various times. After a while they told me they thought I was stuck. I got a kick out of that. Doubt they'd ever seen anyone on a treadmill for more than an hour.

I hope to never get anywhere near that ever again but it was important to me at the time.
