lol...its good to indulge once in awhile and especially now with training looming around the corner.
Whats everyone doing for their "plan"?
I did fink religiously the 1st time and am 100% confident that it puts you in a solid position to finish. I tweaked things the 2nd time. I kind of followed it but went a little shorter on time but upped the intensity...I took almost an hour off my time. But was it because of the training? Or because I had another year of training under my belt? Was it because I it was 10-15 deg cooler?? I have no idea lol
I do know that I dont know enough about training to do it with out some kind of structure...so what are you other folks doing?? |
