Subject: RE: *new* Athena challenge for MayHoly moley, this must be another build week for me... 3x swim -- 45 min (2000), 1h10min (3100), 1h (3100) 3x ride -- 70 min, 90 min, and a long 210 min (3h30min) 3 x run -- 45 min, 60 min, 90 min plus 2 strength sessions for legs and back, 3 for abs/core, and yoga on Sunday (at least 20 mins or I get crazy stiff!) I think I'm gonna have to be happy if I get 2 of 3 on the run and swim, and 2 of 3 hours on that long ride. Train hard, rest harder, right ladies? Have a great week! |
